Licence terms

WhatShipped is licensed under the Atlassian Marketplace standard end user agreement (the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement): https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/marketplace/end-user-agreement-v1. That agreement is the licence. The provider-specific terms below add to it and do not replace it.

Atlassian is the merchant of record. Billing, renewals, refunds and cancellation are handled by Atlassian under its Marketplace terms.

Provider-specific terms

1. Drafts need a human. Release notes and digests are machine-drafted from your Jira data through Atlassian's Forge LLMs API. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. Nothing is published to readers until a user at your organisation reviews it and clicks Publish. You are responsible for the content you publish.

2. Your content. You keep all rights in your Jira content and in published notes. We claim no rights in generated output and do not use your content to train models.

3. Usage limits. Drafting is subject to a monthly budget per site, shown in dollars, that depends on your plan and number of users. Current limits are shown in the app and on its admin page.

4. Data. Handled as described in the Privacy policy. The app stores data only in Atlassian Forge storage and has no external services.

5. Support. By email to hello@whatshipped.co.uk. We aim to reply within 1 business day. Support is AI-assisted, as described on the Support page.
